Michael Cox, President of Centurion Hobby Distributors, Inc., formed the company
in 1998 to purchase the games division of long time game and hobby distributor
Peatfield Industries (Danbury, CT). Centurion went "live" on March 30th,1999.
Since and has become a respected name in the gaming industry both from manufacturers
as well as retailers. Even though Centurion is considered one of the new kids
on the block, we provide the services that are necessary to make every game
retailer a success. Take a look at some of the programs we have to offer and
you will see that not only are we addressing your immediate concerns, but we're
also looking towards your successful future.
In October 2002, Centurion opened their west coast warehouse to supply the needs of retail stores on the west coast. Located in Sparks, Nevada, the west coast warehouse, affectionately referred to as "West", accommodates retailers on the west coast of the United States. Brian Collins, formerly of Chessex Manufacturing, was brought onboard to head the west coast warehouse.
